Spa Etiquette

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows more time for a relaxing check in and prepares you for the blissful spa experience that awaits.

Should a situation arise that makes a late arrival unavoidable, please contact the spa immediately. Arriving late will limit your treatment time or may result in a rescheduling of your appointment.

In appreciation to our staff for their outstanding work performance and dedication, gratuities are appreciated but not required - 15 - 20% is customary.

If an appointment needs to be cancelled, we ask that you please give us 24 hour notice - 48 hours notice for spa packages, as a courtesy to our technicians and to our other guests.

Upon Arrival please turn off all cellular phones and pagers. Our goal is to offer the most peaceful and relaxing enviroment to each and every guest. Thank you for your consideration.
